Blah blah blah
That is how I was feeling yesterday, Blah. I was so sore from pushing myself soo hard the day before, not only that but I had a sick kid at home. I did not do much in the way of workout. I did some stomach exercises, and some cleaning, but my three year old was so misserable that all he wanted to do was sit on my lap with 103.7 degree body.
Thankfully he woke up this morning better, yay! Doing Gillian Michaels 30 day shred week 2, and running on my treadmill.
