I am calling this 2.5 because my plan was not to run today and I was not following the C25k plan. I just ran on my own.
My plan for the day was to rest because I start kickboxing tomorrow and my shins are killing me but once my husband got on the treadmill I knew I was not going to be able to stay away.
Anyway, I did a mile. Not alot but I wanted to do something. I took a minute off my mile today!
